DreamCatchers make wish come true for dementia patient

Students from the Thousand Oaks High School DreamCatchers club were on hand to provide snacks and cake. The students became involved after the Dream- Catcher Foundation was contacted by Mazza’s hospice provider, Assisted Home Health and Hospice, to notify them that Mazza would enjoy a performance of Sinatra songs.
